Job Description:
- Accurately delivers training, on time.
- Bridges the skill gaps of trainees on an on-going basis by conducting regular process
tests and redesigns the training program.
- Calibrates regularly with the institutions and caters to the changing requirements.
- Sets up an in-house training facility for the classroom training of the staff.
- Counsels students when required to enable their placements in jobs.
- Generates training related MIS.
- Updates / Creates Process Manuals whenever required.
- Prepares and submits periodic reports to client.
- Maintains data in reporting routines as required by process and procedure.
